I Delitti Negati. Book presentation with author Daniela Alibrandi

In Rome, in the midst of a cold winter of the eighties, preparations for Christmas are fervent, and near Vatican City, in a workshop of sacred objects and clothes, the day of the old Rinaldo begins, as always, among tourists who crowd the streets and the smell of freshly baked pizza. In the same hours, Commissioner Rosco greets the boys of his team, before the imminent transfer to the Rieti’s police station: the punishment for making a mistake during his last icase. A forced cloister that will become an opportunity to show off his vision and investigate a crime committed thirty years earlier. The two seemingly unrelated situations will interweave in a grow of incredible events, after the strange death of the old Rinaldo, while an crepy voiceover follows the entire unfolding of the narrative. With a clear style and language steeped in faith and sacredness, Daniela Alibrandi offers the reader a thriller full of twists and turns, based on the eternal struggle between Good and Evil.

L’Arte in sei emozione. Presentation of the book with the author Constantine D’Orazio

Desire, delirium, torment, amazement, doubt, joy: emotions as old as humanity, which over the centuries artists have told in different ways. A fascinating journey between masterpieces of universal art and inside ourselves. The history of art can be told from many points of view: through techniques, movements, commissions, languages or styles. This book chooses another way. It invites us to take a journey through time, from antiquity to today, to discover how artists have represented emotions, those that lull in our most ineffable and fascinating moods.
